Examination:Non weight bearing left foreleg. Back legs proprioception normal, walking around consult room well on three legs. Jumping up on hindlimbs. Thorax NADNo spinal pain on palpationNo pain on front left leg on palpation. Sedated for forelimb x-rays. No abnormalities found on x-rayPlan:Sent home with melox - provisional dx soft tissue injury to left forelimb. O to watch at home for signs of spinal disease - any changes in hindlimbs O to call A/H phone. If goes spinal, O wanting to go to Hobart. If leg not improving in a week with melox and rest, revisit.
