Appointment Reason: Appointment Notes: UTI?History:- on and off blood in urine over last 2 weeks- acts normal - energy levels fine, eating drinking fine- NSAID for last 5 days (had metacam at home)- not licking too much at back end.- no diarrhoea etc seen. - desexed.  Clinical Exam:- T: 38.4, BAR.- HR: 92 - no murmur/arryhtmia- hooded vulva which smells and is dirty around - likely cause of recurrent infection- tense on abdo palp; hard to palpate bladder but nothing abnormal obvious Tx:- treat as UTI, 7days of antibiotics/NSAIDs- hand in urine sample at end of 7 days for sediment exam to ensure no crystals etc and no further bacteria seenconcern due to recurring UTI's (4 over last year), discussed looking into further e.g. bloods to ensure no underlying cause / imaging - to do if another one     Vital Signs    Weight: 19;
