Unable to determine the validity of bacteria present due to being a free catch sample. Diagnosis:1. Suspect UTI 2. Acute gastroenteritis Treatment:1. Maropitant 1mg/kg SQ ONCE2. Meloxicam 0.1mg/kg SQ ONCE3. Propocillin 30mg/kg SQ ONCE4. Amoxyclav 375mg pO BID for 10 days. Starting 28/02 EVENING. Followed by 7 days of probiotic5.
