Reason: Tangled In Fishing LineHistory: Presented for getting leg tangled in fishing line while on walk. Was very lame but is walking better. Does not think the hook got stuck in his leg. On meloxicam 0.05mg/kg PO SID, gabapentin and antinol. Examination: MSK: moderate LFL lameness. Will weight bear at walk but mostly partially weight bearing at stand. Pain on palpation of digits and metacarpal area but not a marked pain response. No crepitus, redness or swelling noticed. No obvious fracture. Good movement in joints. Cardiac: no mumur or arrhythmiasPulm: normal rate and effort, pant. Clear bronchovesicular lung sounds. Assessment: Problem list:1. LFL lameness. DDx: soft tissue injury, fracturePlan:O to continue on current medication increasing meloxicam to 0.1mg/kg PO SID for next 3-5days. Add in paracetamol ~10-15mg PO BID (3/4 tablet). O declined xrays at current but happy to get them at regvet INI in next 24hrs.    Vital Signs
